Like many of us, we also love to go out to dinner. Just the two of us, the four of us or even as a whole group we like to enjoy these special moments and al kinds of tasty food.
And once in a while, a dish is served, of which unanimously is remarked that it was exceptionally tasty. So tasty that we’d like the kitchen to know we’d like a little bit more. A tiny bit, another bite for everyone, because it was so special.
While talking about this, we soon came to the red phone, Batman’s Bat-Phone, without a dial, the direct connection to Commissioner Gordon.
We were looking for something similar, a direct connection to the kitchen, hence the idea of the red button. A push on this button to inform the kitchen that we’re enjoying something extraordinary.
After talking about this for years, we started to realise this project.
During a search in France, August 13th 2019 a table bell was found at Brocante la Baronne in Autun. Some adjustments were made with the aid of a 3D printer. A cloche was bought through the internet and to transport it all a case was bought at 310 Woodland in Singapore, October 25th 2019.
The website is the next step, with which we’ve started now, meanwhile awaiting the moment we can go out to dinner again.
